The Hampton Community Coalition is a nonprofit community action group working to iimprove the health and well-being of Hampton Area children and families, particularly those caught in difficult life transitions or without a permanent home.
With a tight family budget and no financial cushion, an unpaid sick day, a car in need of repair, or an unexpected medical crisis can quickly turn life into a daily struggle,
We help local families with children in our schools get through temporary crisis so that “our children” might arrive at school each day ready to learn.
Formed in 1995 as a partnership between community volunteers and the Hampton schools, the coalition continues to organize local volunteers and resources in creative ways, building a caring community that responds to the needs of others in a town with unique demographics.
Because HCC operates entirely with
volunteer energy, EVERY DOLLAR donated
goes directly to Hampton families in need.
Our meetings are open to all.
